When the wet electrostatic precipitator uses an oil seal, the insulating oil is directly in contact with the outside gas and furnace gas, so dust, acid mist, moisture, etc. enter and the insulation becomes very bad. Due to liquid surface discharge or bridge flashover of suspended dust, high voltage cannot be applied, and fire discharge may occur, and fire may occur. Therefore, insulating oil with good insulation should be used as much as possible.
In addition, it is necessary to carry out the insulation withstand test and the work of removing the mixed water on a regular basis. The insulating oil after long-term use needs to be replaced and regenerated once every 1 to 2 years due to the deterioration of its insulating ability.
The discharge electrode of the wet electrostatic precipitator needs to be replaced due to the adhesion of dust, the formation and corrosion of the insulating film, the disconnection caused by poor installation quality, or the bending that cannot be corrected. When sulfur ore and zinc ore are used, the discharge electrode often forms an insulating film. It is generally replaced once every 1 to 5 years. The reason for replacing the discharge electrode of the mist removal device is basically the same as that of the dust removal device. When the star-shaped protruding part is severely damaged, it needs to be replaced.
1. The electric heating and hot air blowing system of the insulator room should be put into operation more than 8 hours in advance to ensure that the temperature of the insulator room is higher than 60°C.
2. The wet desulfurization system must be put into operation in advance to prevent dry and high-temperature smoke from entering the wet electrostatic precipitator, which will cause fouling of internal components and damage the internal anti-corrosion coating.
3. The wet dust collector can be turned on when the following three conditions are met at the same time:
3.1 The remaining 25% of the oil gun is working and 35% of the powder is in normal and stable operation or after the oil gun is completely withdrawn.
3.2 The temperature of the flue gas entering the wet dust collector is lower than 70°C.
3.3 The desulfurization equipment has been turned on.
4. Steps to turn on the wet electrostatic precipitator: first turn on the low-voltage water supply system and then turn on the high-voltage power supply system.
5. It is strictly forbidden to open the wet dust collector when the boiler is fully oiled or the desulfurization is not turned on and there is high-temperature dry flue gas.
